Limited opportunities

As the mom of a neurodivergent adult, I see my son missing out on opportunities just because he's different. Whether it's jobs, social groups, or education, doors close too quickly because people don't give him a chance. It's heartbreaking to watch him face these limitations, even though he's capable and talented. We've had to create our own opportunities, finding places and people who value neurodiversity. But it shouldn't be this hard—everyone deserves a fair shot. To other parents in the same boat, keep advocating for your child. Push for inclusivity and don't let anyone make your child feel less-than. Together, we can build a world where neurodivergent people get the opportunities they deserve.
